Objective/Goal: MyBillRegistry (MBR) aimed to provide an online and mobile platform facilitating college students' financial support for monthly bills via sustained peer-to-peer micro-giving. The objective was to enhance the college experience by fostering a supportive community for students while creating a sustainable financial model.
Role and Responsibilities: As the Product Development Manager, I orchestrated project plans through Smartsheet to oversee developmental, financial, and operational tasks. I was involved in creating wireframes and designing user experiences for intuitive interactions. Additionally, I supervised day-to-day operations, managed budgets, and collaborated on interactive content development for web and social media. I also led the production of a marketing video in collaboration with director Boman Modine.
Collaborations: Collaborated closely with Wells Fargo to develop a robust payment system integrated into the platform, ensuring secure and efficient financial transactions for student subscribers. Engaged in teamwork with a multidisciplinary team from the Interactive Advertising and Technology industries to streamline operations, enhance user experience, and develop effective marketing strategies.

Implemented a sustainable model for micro-giving supported by an efficient payment system developed in partnership with Wells Fargo, ensuring secure and reliable transactions for student subscribers.
Tools and Technologies Used: Employed various tools and technologies such as Jira for task management, Squarespace for web development, Zendesk for customer support, QuickBooks for financial management, and other software relevant to project development and operations within the Interactive Advertising and Technology sectors. Collaborated with Wells Fargo to integrate a secure payment system into the platform, enhancing the user experience for financial transactions.
